Working with Ryan was a rewarding time in my professional career. It has been inspiring to watch Ryan create his team of talented people and create solutions for many business problems. His ability to help people work through complex issues, be a leader of organizational change, and challenge the status quo are second to none. Ryan is a rare kind of visionary who embraces a heart centred approach to his business and personal life. Ryan can define a long-term strategy and then break it down to the day-to-day. I have met many outstanding people in my profession, yet I seldom come across someone who is so approachable and as down to earth as Ryan.
